Hotel Parma is situated at the entrance of Laktasi. It was opened in 2001 and it has 15 double rooms, four single rooms, two suites and one presidental suit (with a Jaccuzzi, internet, water bed...). The hotel is well equipped, and it also includes a caffe (a coffe shop, and a pizza place) with 150 seats, a restaurant with 60 seats and a TV room and a conference room. There is also a car-wash, car mechanic, ren-a-car and a gas station.
