Waters

The river Vrbas, the biggest river in this area, with its numerous swamp, rapids and falls, offers many possibilities for sports and recreation, particularly attractive places where tributaries of the river Vrbas flow into the main stream. Apart from the Vrbas river there are its numerous tributaries Bukovica, Klašni*ka river, Turjanica, Vukešnica, Osorna and others. There are two artificial lakes in Trn and Aleksandrovac, particularly attractive is the lake in Trn with tourist facilities including a motel and a restaurant. Besides these rivers and lakes, as well as numerous small brooks, many places are good for picnics, camping and fishing, with untouched nature, near old saw-mills, fresh potable springs, grassy areas and forests.
