The 2-acre area covers the vineyards of the Delšašo family, on a sunny hill not far from the Italian church in Mahovljani. The ancestors of the Delšasho family cherished the tradition of growing vines, which they brought with them to the area of the city of Trento in 1882, after the great natural disaster that struck the area.
